Jack and the Beanstalk

In Katie's Class, one of our books this half term is Jack and the Beanstalk.

We've done lots of exciting activities relating to the story and we even had a go at planting our own beanstalks using basil, soil and water. We had to use our gardening skills to dig, pat and water our beanstalks. We are hopefully going to watch them grow much taller and stronger.

We also had to try and climb to the top of our own huge beanstalk and there was a scary (but also quite friendly) giant at the end!
