Hello,
We hope you all had a lovely Easter holiday!
This half term our new topic is ‘Guess Who?’ This is an English based topic where will be reading different traditional fairy tales, such as Little Red Riding Hood, Goldilocks and the 3 Bears and The Gingerbread Man. We will have lots of fun reading these, role-playing and exploring the characters.
In Science, we are looking at materials. We will be linking these with some of the traditional tales we are reading. We will find out about the materials the 3 Little Pigs used to build their houses and why these did not work!
This half term, we are looking at the Scottish artist, Steven Brown, in Art and creating our own versions of his famous highland cow paintings. We can’t wait to get creative and messy!
We can’t wait to show you all our work and the fun we have had this half term.
